It seems to me that identity theft and spyware are becoming a MAJOR epidemic; not only in the United States but world wide! MSNBC has been reporting news about these two topics almost on a daily basis. Their site even has a special area just for these topics. If you visit my site you will find articles on this recent news. Common Question People ask me all the time, 'What can spyware really do to me?' I try and explain that spyware can be extremely dangerous to not only your computer data but also you! I'm sure you have seen recently all the neat little graphics that can be installed on your computer known as comet cursors. They replace the normal and even boring mouse pointer that you use everyday. These mouse pointers are particularly popular with the kids. They are colorful, artistic, fun and interactive, which is great for kids if you are trying to teach them how to use a computer. But did you know that comet cursors often contain spyware within them? Yes, it's true; these little interactive graphics that seem fun and harmless can actually contain spyware, adware and even viruses within them! Click Here if you would like to learn more! In my opinion, I would highly suggest not installing these harmless looking comet cursors. The damage they can do to your computer and personal data is not worth the advantages they give!
